Soviets Return to Practice After Super Bowl Break

The Comrades were on the rink today at the YHC taking part in a brisk practice. Every player was accounted for except for Pat King, who was getting his Passport. The practice was only 45 minutes long, but focused extensively on getting shots through from the point to generate rebounds.

"I think that's an area we can really work on," Jason White said. "Sometimes you just need to fire it on goal and see what happens. Of course, it helps when we only have four defenesmen and not five, but I digress."

He did not digress.

"I mean the rhythm just gets [messed] up. And chemistry? Out the window. Hendricks can go [expletive] himself with a [expletive] [expletive] right up his [expletive] and I hope he [expletive] cactus needles for a week."

White then lit a cigarette, took a long drag, and muttered, "I'll burn this place to the ground."

Other than that, practice was good.
